Global Block is uniquely positioned to develop and implement original and collaborative curricula designed to promote creativity, capacity, critical thinking and positive social participation.
The Hwemudua EGOS curriculum was developed as a weekly after-school program designed to provide students the opportunity to discover the many positive benefits of pursuing an education. Through creative enrichment workshops with professionals, artists, and other positive role models from their community, research assignments, arts based workshops all leading to and a "final" multi-media project. We hope to inspire students to become creative, pro-active, and responsible members of their communities using education as a tool for growth, opportunity and success.
